The Entertainment Law Review at the University of Florida (ISSN: 1930-8701 and 1930-871x) is a new journal that provides a forum for the discussion of legal issues in connection with entertainment, arts, sports, literature, mass communication, and the First Amendment.
News
Congratulations to Courtney Barclay (University of Florida joint degree candidate JD/PhD), winner of the last student note competition. Barclay's article, "Shielded from the Feds: An Analysis of Proposed Federal Shield Laws," will be published in volume 1.2.
The Entertainment Law Review is now available online under the articles tab on the left menu.
Submissions
We invite the submission of unsolicited manuscripts for publication on a rolling basis.
We strongly encourage that you submit your manuscript electronically to submissions@entlaw.org.
We also take electronic submissions through Berkeley Electronic Press Sites for Legal Scholars (ExpressO). Please submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word format along with a cover letter and your curriculum vitae. Citations should conform to the 18th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.

The Entertainment Law Review is published twice a year. Entertainment Law Review is an excellent addition to your library because our journal deals with practical and late breaking legal conflicts within the entertainment industry. Reserving your copy will help ensure continued publication of the Entertainment Law Review and greatly assist the more than 30 law students that are working diligently to publish this journal.
